TrueCar Files S-1 Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- TrueCar today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
