Zedalis, Ph.D., as President & Chief Operating Officer. As the strategic advisor to Tingley, Epsen Fuller Group conducted the executive search, which sought a world-class leader with a track record of product innovation and operational excellence in a high-growth environment and with deep sector expertise in protective products.
Formerly, Dr. Zedalis was Senior Vice President, Advanced Concepts & Technologies and Chief Technology Officer spanning an 11 year career at Ansell. In addition to leading product development, global quality, and being a big part of driving Ansell's growth over the years, Dr. Zedalis delivered 'break-out' business creation and step-change increase in sales revenues & profits from new products. He brings extensive leadership experience, entrepreneurial drive, product innovation expertise, strong analytical, planning, communications and operational skills, coupled with deep domain knowledge in a broad range of mission critical technology applications.

Formerly, Dr. Zedalis was a Senior Technology Strategist for Honeywell (Allied Signal) and an advanced materials expert, where he was instrumental in numerous breakthrough technologies across multiple industries including Aerospace, Automotive and Engineered Plastics. Dr. Zedalis holds a B.S. from Lafayette College and Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Northwestern University as well as a Masters of Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
