Partnership Focused on New Ingredients to Reduce Salt in Products

SAN DIEGO, April 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Senomyx, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNMX), a leading company in using proprietary taste science technologies to discover, develop and commercialize novel flavor ingredients for the food, beverage and flavor industries, announced today that it has entered into a new collaborative agreement with PepsiCo, Inc. related to Senomyx's Salt Taste Program.  The new collaboration will support Senomyx's continued work to identify flavors with modifying properties intended to restore the desired salty taste in products with reduced salt (sodium chloride).

DevOps is about increasing efficiency, but nothing is more inefficient than building the same application twice. However, this is a routine occurrence with enterprise applications that need both a rich desktop web interface and strong mobile support. With recent technological advances from Isomorphic Software and others, it is now feasible to create a rich desktop and tuned mobile experience with a single codebase, without compromising performance or usability.
