(eBay) and PayPal released a report by the Greater China Retail Export Industry 2014 Development Trends at a press conference in Shanghai, which was attended by government, industry and media outlet representatives. According to eBay, the report reveals that "eBay is changing the way consumers from developed and emerging markets perceive Chinese imports". The Company mentioned that five major industry trends are driving strong retail export growth in the region including product category expansion, delivery of higher standards of service, and embracing an increased mobile presence. The Home Depot, Inc. Analyst Notes 

On April 3, 2014, The Home Depot, Inc. (The Home Depot) announced the launch of its newest exclusive partner in lithium-ion outdoor power, EGO. The Company said this is in relation to its effort to provide customers with quality products that make spring, its biggest selling season of the year, simpler and more convenient at a good price. According to The Home Depot, EGO is the latest and most powerful line of cordless battery-powered outdoor tools with a 56-volt lithium-ion battery that charges from zero to full charge in as little as 30 minutes. The Company said that entire EGO tool, including the lawn mower, blower and hedge trimmer, can all fit inside a standard-sized car trunk and can match or surpass gas-powered tools without noise, fuss, or fumes. In addition to this, Home Depot also announced the expansion of its long-time exclusive partnership with Ryobi. The Home Depot stated that Ryobi's ONE+ platform runs more than 50 tools that are compatible with one lithium ion battery to make home improvement projects easier to power.
