Mr. Kaufman has been charged with overseeing the development of ICrystal's new web page publishing business, with a particular focus on the implementation of his Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expertise as a means of maximizing traffic at the company's various web sites. ICrystal's board of directors believes Mr. Kaufman will provide strong leadership and be an energetic facilitator of its business plan.
