Mycroft Inc., a leading provider of IT identity and security solutions, today announced the appointment and addition of critical key players to the company’s leadership team. The announcement comes on the heels of Mycroft’s recent opening of a new product innovation center in Seattle, WA to accelerate innovation for its cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) SaaS offering, XSpectra.
The new leadership team will focus on driving marketing, sales and engineering strategies during a period of rapid growth for the company.
Mycroft leadership team changes include the addition of Rich Palacios as Director of Inside Sales to build, support and grow the company’s new inside sales team. Additionally, Glendy Yeung, who has been with the company for over 10 years, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer to solidify the company’s operational processes. Shanley Stern has moved into the role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the sales and marketing organizations. Nicole Koopman has taken on the role of Director, Strategic Partnerships to focus on growing the company’s partner channel. Lastly, Lisa Bauman was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources as a result of her stellar contributions over the last seven years.
Mycroft also recently announced the promotion of Lester Rivera to Director of Engineering and the addition of Sebastien Fouillade as Director of Product Development.
