Canexus Corporation's Shareholders Approve Resolutions at Annual Meeting

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/14 -- Canexus Corporation (TSX: CUS) (the "Corporation" or "Canexus") held its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Calgary on May 8, 2014. A total of 116,558,205 shares (64.48% of the total issued and outstanding shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
