Time Warner Cable and FOX Sports 1 Help Fans Enjoy the 2014 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race Better

Time Warner Cable and America’s new sports network, FOX Sports 1, have teamed up to offer TWC customers and all racing fans the opportunity to enjoy the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race better. As part of the partnership, TWC launched a national Twitter sweepstakes exclusively for customers, where five grand prize winners were awarded an all-expense paid trip to Charlotte and VIP access to the Sprint All-Star Race activities at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Additionally, over a thousand customers from the Carolinas participated in a Sports Pass promotion and received tickets to the race.

All TWC customers who received tickets to the Sprint All Star Race will have exclusive access to a variety of interactive, race-themed activities at the Time Warner Cable and FOX Sports 1 All Star Night event on May 17. The event will feature a Q+A panel with Time Warner Cable’s Chevy driver, Kasey Kahn, Jeff Gordon & Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and a pre-race performance by GRAMMY-winning pop rock group, Train. The All-Star Night event will take place at the Champions Pavilion of Charlotte Motor Speedway and will open to invited guests at 4:00 p.m. The special performance by Train will take place prior to qualifying and the start of the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race.

Customers can follow @twc on Twitter for real-time updates from the race, while exclusive All-Star Night footage will be available via the TWC YouTube channel (youtube.com/twc).
