Ag Growth International Inc. Announces Approval of All Resolutions at 2014 Annual and Special Meeting

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/14 -- Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX:AFN) ("AGI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 14, 2014. A total of 7,401,500 common shares, representing approximately 56.57% of AGI's issued and outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

The following nominees were elected as directors for the ensuing year, with the specific voting results being as follows:
