TENTEN WILSHIRE Plays Host to 7 Decades of Hollywood Event Showcasing History of Some of the Most Reputable Names in Fashion and Entertainment

Gala May 16 Event Presented by Designer Keith Holman and Fashion Event Coordinator Stephanie Fronczak Enthralls With Michael Jackson Costumes, Wizard of Oz Items and More

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/20/14 -- TENTEN Wilshire, a luxury downtown apartment complex considered one of the most prestigious addresses within the downtown Los Angeles metro area, hosted a gala 7 Decades of Hollywood event on Friday, May 16 from 7:00 to 10:30 pm. The exclusive evening was bolstered by TENTEN's sexy, award-winning rooftop as some of the most legendary icons from the past seven decades in Hollywood were celebrated, including notables from the fashion and entertainment industries.

Keith Holman, renowned designer and stylist who has worked under the tutelage of the late legendary designer Bill Frank Whitten, collaborated with Stephanie Fronczak, TENTEN Wilshire's fashion event coordinator, to spearhead the lavish 7 Decades of Hollywood extravaganza. Holman's work is highly sought-after by celebrities, royalty, dignitaries and many production entities. Attendees were presented with original pieces and archives from Michael Jackson's Victory, Bad and Dangerous tour costume collections as well as original pieces from the 1939 American classic The Wizard of Oz, Dame Elizabeth Taylor, Lionel Richie, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, Heavy D, Engelbert Humperdinck and the Nicholas Brothers.

A silent auction was also held during the event for some of the original pieces belonging to these legendary icons, a portion of the proceeds scheduled to go to the Bob Baker Marionette Theater in downtown Los Angeles, as well as a special "fashion installation" held by designer and stylist Mike Sam.

Special guests included Goodwill Ambassador and entertainment journalist April Sutton, Tony Nicholas, Robert Baum and many other legendary surprise icons. The evening was complemented by organic catering by TENTEN's Fresh Market & Deli with drinks provided by Fair Quinoa Vodka, a spirits company dedicated to high-quality products that are sourced ethically and sustainably.
