Prior to its relationship with iCore, Pennrose, a fast growing company with nearly 400 employees, was finding it difficult to manage multiple providers, phone equipment, and network set ups at each of their 160+ locations. They needed a dependable communications solution to effectively maintain their multi-location and multi-property network infrastructure, while reducing costs and providing on-going support, especially when it came to maintaining copper phone lines.

iCore was able to provide Pennrose with a customized and unified solution that drastically simplified their equipment, vendor maintenance requirements, and cost. With little flexibility for downtime, iCore worked with Pennrose to quickly install 90 phones in under two hours at their Property Support Center location, which supports 90 employees. iCore’s Project Management team has remained ever-vigilant in this multi-location install, as Pennrose has continued to rapidly expand, with new sites needed each and every month. The iCore team was able to install new sites in less than a week, and porting over existing sites takes a maximum period of two weeks.

Now, with iCore, Pennrose can remotely resolve issues through iCore’s data center or portal. iCore has also eliminated Pennrose’s maintenance commitment time to maintain those phone lines by managing the lines remotely and efficiently on their end.
