Clutch and Direct Connect Enter Reseller Agreement

Clutch, a leading platform powering customer success for over 450 consumer-focused businesses, today announced a partnership with Direct Connect through which Direct Connect will resell the Clutch Customer Success Management (CSM) platform to its diverse and extensive customer base.

Direct Connect provides customized electronic payment processing, equipment, merchant services and support to businesses across the United States and Canada. Included among its solutions are stored value (gift) card and loyalty programs. The Clutch CSM platform allows it to add value to its customers by integrating gift card and loyalty program data with traditional point-of-sale and e-commerce data to enable campaigns to be more targeted, automatic and dynamic. This results in more meaningful engagements, longer-lasting relationships and, most importantly, more successful customers.

As part of this partnership, Direct Connect joined the ClutchConnectTM Partnership Program (see May 21, 2014 press release, “Clutch Unveils ClutchConnect Partnership Program”), which provides a framework for collaboration between Clutch and a broad range of partner types. As a Clutch Reseller Partner, Direct Connect becomes an industry ally responsible for reselling the Clutch offering to its client base.
