Freedom Energy Holdings Finalizes Acquisition of Launch TV Network With Distribution to Over 30 Million Households; Confirms Reduction of Outstanding Shares

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/14 -- Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FDMF) CEO, Brian Kistler, today proudly announced that on Monday, May 19, 2014 the acquisition of Launch TV Network Company, Inc., was completed, the definitive agreement signed and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. Kistler further announced that on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 the release of the acquisition of the Broadcast rights for Premier Pilot "Gotham" the series by Launch TV was picked up by the Wall Street Journal.
