VAUGHAN, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/14 -- Axios Mobile Assets Corp. (CSE: AXA) reports that it has reached agreement to settle outstanding debt of $100,000 owed to outside contractors and independent directors to the company in exchange for 1,250,000 common shares of the company.
AXIOS MOBILE ASSETS CORP. has 109,070,122 outstanding common shares (to be 110,411,031 upon closing of this debt settlement).
