All Entercom stations will move to Clarity®, Abacast's robust digital audio streaming and monetization platform, in August 2014.
Entercom, known for developing unique and highly acclaimed locally programmed stations, has a nationwide portfolio of over 95 stations in 23 markets, including San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Denver, Portland, Sacramento and Kansas City. Entercom will use Clarity® for ad insertion, campaign management and reporting, audience metrics, streaming, royalty reporting, and AbaPlay, The Everywhere Player.

Abacast Clarity® provides Entercom with a cloud-based digital audio monetization service, enabling revenue from in-stream audio ads, synchronized banners for call-to-action campaigns, pre-roll video ads, and third-party ad sales integration. Later this year, Entercom stations will be equipped with Abacast's Skip Technology for Live Streams and MusicStart, offering features currently found only in playlist services.
