Noblis Acquires National Security Partners, LLC

Noblis, Inc., a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy advisory services, announced that they have acquired National Security Partners, LLC (NSP), a respected provider of high-end strategic consulting, technology development, and mission execution programs for the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).

“We are very excited to be joining the Noblis family,” said Leslee Belluchie, Chief Executive Officer, NSP. “NSP is a company ready to meet the missions of today and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow. We have developed an impressive set of capabilities, technologies, and tools.” LTG Ronald Lee Burgess Jr. USA (Ret.), NSP’s Chairman of the Board, added, “Joining Noblis enables us to apply our expertise more broadly across the IC and be an even stronger partner for combating our nation’s most aggressive national security threats.”

L. Roger Mason, Jr., Ph.D., Senior Vice President, National Security and Intelligence, Noblis, said, “NSP has a first class and respected reputation in the cyber intelligence space. As the new cornerstone of Noblis’ cyber intelligence capabilities, we will now be able to integrate NSP’s skills with our other national security capabilities in the areas of overhead/airborne ISR, identity intelligence, counter WMD, big data analytics, homeland security, and the agile development of law enforcement IT systems. Tackling today’s complex national security challenges demands that we marshal the best of our skills across diverse domains and this new team is poised to help address those toughest problems.”

Amr ElSawy, President and Chief Executive Officer, Noblis, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Leslee Belluchie, LTG Ron Burgess USA (Ret.), and the NSP team to Noblis. This acquisition strengthens Noblis’ ability to innovate and increases the immediate value we deliver in support of our National Security and Intelligence mission. NSP will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Noblis reporting to Dr. Mason.”

In addition to NSP, Noblis owns Noblis ESI, LLC, a recognized leader in providing high-quality advisory and support services to the federal government with a focus on systems engineering management, program management expertise, acquisition support, command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission operations, and IT governance.
