Altivon Selects Vidyo Platform for Integration into Interactive Intelligence Contact Center

Altivon announced today that it has added the VidyoWorks™ platform from Vidyo to its contact center offering to provide easy to use, HD multi-party video conferencing. Altivon designs and delivers state-of-the-art contact center solutions that lead to better customer experiences.

The Altivon integrated solution combines the Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC) from Interactive Intelligence and the VidyoWorks platform. Key video conferencing features available include ACD-routed video chat, skills-based and advanced ACD routing, multi-participant video chats, desktop sharing, warm transfer and seamless integration with the agent's desktop. The video/audio stream can also be recorded.
