Brands Repeat #1 Rankings Among Web Sites and Print Publications in Annual Federal Readership Study

According to the survey of over 3,700 federal managers, Government Executive magazine is the most read government-focused print publication. Its sister web site, GovExec.com is #1 in readership among web sites dedicated to covering government. Following a year of rapid traffic growth,2 GovExec.com has expanded its lead among government web sites, now visited by 46% more of the study's respondents than its closest competitor.1

Nextgov, which focuses on the role of technology in government, is ranked #1 among federal IT web sites. Nextgov also increased its lead this year, now visited by 66% more study respondents than its closest competitor. Segmenting the data further, among the 1,931 study respondents who work in defense and military agencies, Nextgov is also the #1 visited federal IT web site.1
