Virtual, Inc. (http://www.virtualmgmt.com), a technology-focused association management company, has augmented its support staff, in order to provide optimal levels of service to its growing roster of client organizations, and to assist clients whose programs and activities have expanded under Virtual's management.
Caitlin Cavanagh joins Virtual as a Program Specialist, focusing on the PCI Security Standards Council, where she will provide support to the Council’s many programs aimed at security cardholder data worldwide. Her previous experience includes 10 years in various positions at the South Shore YMCA, where she took on a range of responsibilities. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, magna cum laude, with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Zofia Eker has been hired as a Program Coordinator. She will focus on delivering support for members and programs for several Virtual clients, including NVM Express, CASRAI (Consortia Advancing Standards in Research Administration Information), SAFECode and GreenTouch. She has worked in several countries; most recently, she was a Client Services Coordinator at Privatus Care Solutions. She holds a B.F.A. degree in Theater from New York University, where she was a University Honors Scholar.
Aimee Levesque has been hired as a Marketing Communications Coordinator. In this position, she will focus on the Digital Analytics Association and the NFC Forum, supporting marketing activities and working with the client services and marketing teams. Her most recent job was at Edge Custom Media in Sydney, Australia, during a semester of study abroad. She holds double B.A. degrees in Public Relations and Professional Writing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Amanda O’Brien has joined Virtual as a Program Coordinator for the PCI Security Standards Council. She supports the Council’s governance structure, including the Board of Advisors, which is comprised of some of the world's leading merchants, banks and service providers. Her previous employment includes substitute teaching, plus positions in the hospitality industry and retailing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Roger Williams University.
Cara Pacifico joins Virtual as a Program Coordinator, supporting the client services team and focusing on member support and programs, specifically with Virtual's client Feldenkrais Guild of North America. She comes to Virtual from Triangle, Inc. where she was Registration Coordinator for Impact Boston. She has a B.A. degree in Political Science and Drama from Tufts University.
