Yodil, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise data warehouse (EDW), business intelligence (BI), data analytics, management and operational reporting solutions to the insurance industry, today announced an array of enhancements to the Yodil Platform and Insurance Data Solution (IDS), which include a modernized user interface, along with several new features to its data integration and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) framework.
The Yodil Platform leverages Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services for its data integration and data flow. The out-of-the-box capabilities have been configured and extended with a set of standardized structures, design patterns and purpose-built, high-speed components to deliver and implement high-quality EDW solutions. Some of these enhancements include a table-driven architecture with dynamic configuration functionality, which enables users to maintain control of complex administration processes and provides greater transparency into highly technical processes, while optimizing speed and quality in implementation.
“The uniqueness of Yodil’s purpose-built EDW and BI reporting platform came about from the insurance industry’s predisposition to wait for technologies to establish themselves. Yodil took a quantum leap forward by developing and productizing the most robust end-to-end data platform for the insurance industry,” according to Fred Waite, Yodil’s CEO.
Justin Silver, SVP of Insurance Solutions adds, “Once implemented, the Yodil Platform contains keys to improve performance and profitability. Specifically, the Yodil Platform enables our customers to take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace by identifying, assessing and proactively responding to marketplace changes, understanding and better serving changing insureds’ needs, isolating good and bad business performance, managing risk and compliance, and innovating, all while mitigating loss exposure.”
Yodil Platform’s enhancements highlight its ability to consistently deliver high quality business intelligence solutions to the personal, commercial and specialty lines insurance marketplace.
