NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/09/14 -- Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: ARI) today announced the Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's 8.625% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock of $0.5391 per share for the quarterly period ending on July 15, 2014. The preferred dividend is payable on July 15, 2014 to preferred stockholders of record as of June 30, 2014.
