SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/14 -- For the third consecutive year, California Water Service Group (Cal Water) (NYSE: CWT) has been named one of the Top Workplaces in the Bay Area by the Bay Area News Group. The 2014 honor, which was announced today, was given based on survey responses from Bay Area employees of Cal Water's largest subsidiary, California Water Service Company.
Cal Water is a regulated water utility with 395 employees in the Bay Area in its San Jose headquarters and its Bayshore, Bear Gulch, Los Altos, and Livermore Districts. The company serves 109,300 customer connections in its Bay Area operations and 475,100 customer connections statewide.

Private and publicly held companies, plus non-profit and government organizations, with more than 40 employees are considered in the analysis.
