EarlyIQ, Inc. Launches Fully Integrated App for Reg D, Rule 506(c) Accredited Investor Verification

Unified Accredited Investor Verification Experience Enabled for Online Funding Platforms Through Integration With EarlyIQ Hosted Platform and Application

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - June 11, 2014) - Today, EarlyIQ, Inc. announced the commercial launch of its fully integrated hosted application for Regulation D, Rule 506(c) Accredited Investor Verification. Built on EarlyIQ's hosted verification platform, the new web service enables online funding platforms to seamlessly integrate their investors' user experience for the accredited verification process. The new app offers all of the same functionality as EarlyIQ's industry leading hosted verification service launched earlier this year, with the added benefit of deep integration with online partners.

The legalization of General Solicitation of private securities via Regulation D, Rule 506(c) created a new opportunity for issuers, investors, and intermediaries. With the new regulation came the requirement for issuers to ensure that all investors are indeed accredited. The new EarlyIQ app is an extension of EarlyIQ's hosted platform offering for accredited investor verification where individual investors can be verified at www.earlyiq.com/accredited-investor-certificate. The new app streamlines the process for online funding platforms and creates an efficient and cost effective process to ensure compliance by issuers who are listed with the online platform.

Deployed via encrypted REST API and modal window integration, online funding partners can integrate the user experience for accredited investor verification to various degrees, depending on their desired workflow. The EarlyIQ Accredited Investor Verification app goes well beyond streamlined compliance for investors on partner sites. The app enables access to all functions of the EarlyIQ platform including:

  • Investor identity validation and positive authentication
  • Secured repository for accreditation credentials
  • Encrypted, dynamic certificate generation
  • Exclusive invitation-only sharing of verification certificates
  • Real-time API access for investor status and dashboard feed
  • Access to the EarlyIQ Network Partner investor verification program

"We're excited to be able to leverage our platform and provide this level of deep integration with our online partners," said David Trissel, co-founder and CTO of EarlyIQ. "Launching our full integration offering gives partners a complete suite of options for accredited investor verification, from simple co-branding all the way through private label, fully integrated deployment."

The EarlyIQ Accredited Investor Verification App is available immediately for deployment with online funding platforms who serve the 506(c) market utilizing general solicitation. Partner inquires can be sent to [email protected].
