BYTEGRID(R) to Preview New Aurora/Chicago Suburb Data Center at Open House Barbeque on June 19

Business and Tech Leaders Invited to Tour 25,000 Sq.Ft. Premier Tier III Raised Floor in Aurora, IL

CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/11/14 -- Responding to increasing Chicagoland demand for critical data center space and facilities, BYTEGRID Holdings LLC, a leading data center company focused on the nationwide acquisition, development and operation of premier multi-tenant data center facilities, today announced details of an upcoming open house event at its new Aurora, IL facility (CH1) on June 19.

Business and technology leaders are invited to tour commissioned data center space at one of Chicago's premiere Tier III multi-tenant data centers. It is a purpose-built facility that has been tested for the compliant and high availability needs of the financial services sector. The property benefits from a highly reliable power grid, rich fiber connectivity and close proximity to the CME-Aurora for the financial trading community.

The open house event is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, from 2:00 - 6:00 pm CT and will feature refreshments, music, tours, access to BYTEGRID's senior management, and a barbeque catered by Uncle Bub's. RSVP for the event and data center tours here.

In January, BYTEGRID announced the acquisition of 70,000 square foot data center in Aurora, IL 30 miles west of downtown Chicago. The facility features 34,000 square feet of raised floor and is generally regarded as one of the premier enterprise data centers in the Chicago market. It was built by one of the country's largest commercial insurance companies in 2007 to meet the emphasis it placed on business resilience and the need for increased capacity and scale over time, as well as the stringent financial services industry regulatory and compliance requirements.

Since its acquisition BYTEGRID has converted the facility into a multi-tenant data center and is leasing approximately 25,000 square feet of enterprise-class, Tier III data center space featuring 6 megawatts of power capacity available to serve enterprise, government and service providers.

The facility is connected with multiple tier one telecommunication and fiber carriers with others currently in the process of establishing a presence in the facility based on BYTEGRID's plans for additional enterprise, government and service provider customers coming online and its attractive proximity to downtown Chicago.
