VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/13/14 -- Parkit Enterprise Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PKT) - is pleased to announce that it has granted 2,695,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, and consultants of the Company. Each option permits the grantee to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.50 cents per share and expires five years from the date of the grant.
This stock option grant is subject to the Company's Stock Option Plan and regulatory approval.
