Connectivity Wireless One of "Atlanta's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For"

DULUTH, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/14 -- Honoring companies that practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in human resources, the National Association for Business Resources has named nationwide DAS integrator, Connectivity Wireless Solutions, one of "Atlanta's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For."

"This award is truly a testament to our dedication to the health of our workplace environment and enrichment of the CWS culture," said CEO Greg Jacobs. "It is a highly respected honor, and we are appreciative of the ongoing efforts of our HR department and to our employees for their support and feedback as we continually work to strengthen our organization."

Through a stringent selection process, the nominated companies are assessed by an independent market research firm using qualitative and quantitative data gathered from employee surveys.

Connectivity Wireless' assessment revealed its greatest strengths in diversity and inclusion, teamwork and cooperation, community initiatives, the job and culture, each ranking near or exceeding the 90th percentile.

"As a company, we strive for excellence. A fundamental part of that strategy is taking steps to ensure that our internal customers are well taken care of and appreciated," said HR Manager Tara Taylor. "It's nice to know that our employees recognize the effort we put in on their behalf and more importantly, that they feel valued."

At the awards ceremony Tuesday, June 17 at the Atlanta Marriot Northwest Galleria, Duluth-based Connectivity Wireless, along with the other Best and Brightest honorees, was celebrated for demonstrating excellence in the following areas:

Communication, Community Initiatives, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Multi-Culturalism, Employee Education and Development, Employee Engagement and Commitment, Recognition and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, and Work-Life Balance.

"The selection, recognition and awarding of this year's Best and Brightest companies allows our organization to showcase their best practices. The honorees have clearly demonstrated why each of them would be an ideal place for employees to work. The companies that we are recognizing this year are an example of exceptional human resource practices and represent high standards in today's economic climate," said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president.
