Red River Awarded Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Contract

New Hampshire based Red River, a leading federal information technology (IT) services provider, announced today that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) for Cisco video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and support services. The new contract (#ADT140028) is valued at $5M over the next five years. Under this procurement vehicle, Red River will provide the AOUSC with VTC equipment and associated maintenance, including support, professional and managed services to support the AOUSC’s mission to communicate effectively and efficiently with Courts personnel located in different geographic locations.

“We are pleased to add this contract to our expanding portfolio of federal purchasing vehicles and our highly-trained Cisco VTC certified engineers are ready to help the AOUSC capture the benefits of video to enhance productivity and collaboration,” said Jeff Sessions, vice president of corporate strategy at Red River. “As an established Cisco Gold and certified Cisco VTC Advanced TelePresence Partner, Red River understands the importance of utilizing VTC capabilities to create an immersive, in-person experience over the network, bridging time and space to facilitate team collaboration.”

In support of this contract, Red River will provide a fully configured VTC system, including hardware, software, support, maintenance, and warranty services to AOUSC and the Federal Judiciary. The Red River engineering staff consists of highly-trained Cisco VTC certified engineers for both the solution design and product integration, which will allow users and remote participants to collaborate virtually, similar to an in-person experience, regardless of location. Many individual courts within the Federal Judiciary are currently utilizing VTC systems to facilitate communications between geographically distributed court facilities and other external agencies.

Red River provides a wide array of capabilities and cutting-edge IT solutions designed to solve the current challenges of federal agencies, optimize available assets and align technology investments with strategic goals. Red River has strong experience serving the Federal Judiciary and currently holds an AOUSC Cisco BPA through which the company provides courthouses and data centers with Cisco networking hardware, software, servers, storage, security and SmartNet services. The new VTC-focused AOUSC BPA adds yet another purchasing vehicle to Red River’s growing list federal contracts, which include NIH/ECS III, NASA SEWP IV, GSA Federal Supply Schedule, Veterans Affairs CEC, DHS FirstSource II, NETCENTS-2 and multiple agency-specific blanket purchase agreements. The company has built its infrastructure around performing the specific type of work required and Red River maintains a full staff of highly certified network engineers who will support the contract. Red River’s secure supply chain capabilities will streamline procurement and ensure the secure, rapid delivery of selected VTC equipment for the AOUSC.
