Thunderhead.com, a leader in enterprise solutions for customer engagement, has today announced the appointment of Danny Rippon as Chief Solutions Officer.
This new appointment further strengthens the company’s leadership team and expertise in CRM and Customer Engagement as Thunderhead.com continues to define the enterprise customer engagement market.
As Chief Solutions Officer, Danny will be responsible for Thunderhead.com’s go-to-market strategy, which includes partner and alliances, product marketing, sales enablement and value consulting.
Danny brings a wealth of experience in leveraging strategic partnerships and alliances to deliver industry-oriented solutions and new propositions that will be instrumental in driving growth and supporting the company to meet the increasing demand for Thunderhead.com’s ONE Engagement Hub.
Previously, Danny held a number of senior positions at Oracle and Siebel, and most recently he was the Director of Business Development, at SapientNitro, Europe's #1 leading digital agency.
