("Northampton" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: NHG), an integrated Canadian hotelier, today announced that in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the board of directors has approved a grant of 75,000 stock options to a director of the Company to purchase common shares pursuant to its stock option plan. These options vest immediately, have an exercise price of $0.80 per common share and expire on June 18, 2019.
