“We are confident that Dawn will provide significant value to payers that are looking to develop digital member engagement strategies and enhance population health efforts,” said Chuck Rolfsen, Healthx Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts. “Dawn brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry including ten years in government programs. We are pleased that she is joining Healthx.”
“I am very excited about the opportunity to focus on providing innovative solutions to help payers in the healthcare industry create the next generation member experience. Our industry is in the midst of great change with the health insurance marketplaces and growing consumer expectations is driving much of that change. The days of solely focusing on administrative processes and efficiencies are a thing of the past. Healthcare is very personal, and as a result more consumers expect their dealings with health insurers to reflect that,” said Ms. Aston.
Additionally, Dawn has built and managed strategic client relationships, user groups, and played a key role in identifying new products/services, enhancements and vendor partners to increase payer satisfaction.
Healthx provides cloud-based solutions for health plans and third party administrators (TPAs) to drive member engagement and provider collaboration. The Healthx solutions reside on a highly evolved healthcare payer platform that has unparalleled integration, configuration and scalability competencies.
