LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/14 -- Pascale Rothman, the founder and CEO of UEvolution Mind and Body Sculpting, a high-end boutique health and wellness fitness center in Downtown Los Angeles, has made it her life's work to support various charitable organizations. A survivor of human trafficking, Ms. Rothman feels that the raising of awareness and the giving of her time and finances to charity is her most rewarding personal mission.

In 2014, Ms. Rothman's and UEvolution's primary focus has been three outstanding charitable organizations.

CAST LA (The Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking):

On May 29th, UEvolution was a primary sponsor of the 16th Annual CAST LA From Slavery to Freedom Gala Fundraiser, hosted by Mayor Eric Garcetti. More than $500,000 was raised at the event, and Pascale had the distinct honor of presenting the Entrepreneur Award to Jane Wurwand, founder of Dermalogica. The mission of the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) is to assist persons trafficked for the purpose of forced labor and slavery-like practices and to work toward ending all instances of such human rights violations. www.castla.org

THE MIDNIGHT MISSION:

The guests were shuttled to UEvolution and treated to fitness training, nutritional seminars, spa treatments, food and drink. The event also marked the launch of an ongoing partnership between the Midnight Mission and UEvolution through the establishment of the Mission's Employee Wellness Program.

The Midnight Mission offers a path to self-sufficiency to men, women and children who have lost everything. Their emergency services, 12-step recovery program, job training, education and work programs offer a compassionate bridge to productive lives. www.midnightmission.org
