Teekay Corporation Declares Dividend

HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/14 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.31625 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. The cash dividend is payable on July 31, 2014 to all shareholders of record as at July 18, 2014.
