Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCQB: ECOP) Begins Alpha Testing Light Management Module of Virtual Powerplant Platform

Today Eco-Shift (ECOP) announced that it has begun alpha testing on the Light Management module of its Virtual Powerplant Platform (VPP). The VPP will provide a modern web-based user interface that is accessible by any web browser via desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

ECOP is a respected leader and innovator in the specialized RF Wireless Light Management and Lighting Solutions Field.

Clients will benefit from complete cloud-level access to a world class Converged Energy Platform. The VPP provides commercial and industrial energy users with the ability to transform their facilities into smart, energy efficient and cash-flow-positive buildings. The Light Management module integrates seamlessly with ECOP's state-of-the-art, IP-addressable light fixtures that have wireless communication.

Clients will have complete control over their lighting infrastructure with the ability to automatically dim lights to more suitable levels, or create pre-programmed schedules based on existing operating hours to cut back on consumption when areas of the facility are unoccupied. The system will also allow users to schedule their lights to dim to appropriate levels during times of estimated peak demand and high electricity costs.
