Marco's Pizza Franchise Targets Dallas Market for Growth

Fastest-Growing Pizza Franchise in the Country Targeting Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington and More

DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 07/08/14 -- Marco's Pizza, the fastest-growing pizza franchise in the country, is launching an ambitious expansion plan in the Dallas-Forth Worth area, where the booming market is primed for the experience of authentic Italian pizza.

Dallas-Fort Worth is the fourth-largest metropolitan area in the U.S., and the combined population of 7 million presents a perfect opportunity for Marco's Pizza to expand its franchise presence. Justin Tarrant and his business partner Mike Rogers, both Area Representatives, co-own the territory and oversee 10 Marco's locations in the area.

Marco's is the only national pizza franchise founded by a native Italian. The Marco's Pizza commitment to using only quality ingredients and making every pizza a perfect pizza, every time, has garnered the Toledo, Ohio-based brand a lot of recognition, including its recent inclusion on the Franchise Business Review's ninth annual Top 200 Franchises ranking.

Marco's makes its dough fresh in stores every day. Every pizza is topped with premium meats, never-frozen cheeses, vegetables prepared in-store and sauce made from a hybrid tomato developed especially for Marco's. While other chains are just now capitalizing on the trend toward artisan pizza, Marco's has been making pizza this way since it was founded in 1978.

Marco's grew by 33% last year, adding 109 restaurants, and there are now more than 500 stores. Investors can expect to pay, on average, $350,000 for a Marco's franchise.
