The acquisition increases Aero Communications' national footprint and extends its capabilities in the telecommunications infrastructure service industry.

Phoenix Installation, headquartered near Dallas, Texas, supplies network construction services to leading broadband network operators and related service partners. The company's capabilities include underground and aerial construction, fiber optic cable splicing, testing, and maintenance. Phoenix Installation operates in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Aero Communications provides turnkey network deployment services to broadband, cable, telecom, and wireless service providers. The company will operate as Phoenix Communications, Inc., an Aero Communications company.

"We're extremely pleased that Aero Communications has chosen Phoenix Installation to augment their wireless line of business," said Steve Purcell, CEO of Phoenix Installation. "Our customers have been asking us to expand our territory and provide additional services, and working together will enable us to do just that."
