Prysm, Inc., a privately held designer of total display solutions that create unrivaled immersion and engagement, today announced the installation of two video wall solutions at the CROSSMARK Center for Collaboration in Bentonville, Arkansas. CROSSMARK provides a broad range of services to Walmart, the world’s largest retailer. The Prysm video walls are centerpieces of CROSSMARK’s new state-of-the-art facility designed to create an innovative and collaborative environment for Walmart’s retail planners and suppliers.

Each of the 16ft wide by 8ft high video walls has been designed to create a digital environment that reproduces the retail experience. Walmart’s suppliers and retail planning teams can simply touch the screen to interact with simulated store shelves and easily access a range of real-time product and sales data.
“The team here is thrilled to roll out Prysm video walls in our new Center for Collaboration,” commented Mike Graen, vice president of collaboration at CROSSMARK. “I know our partners and customers will be impressed with the ability to conduct digital modular planning and realize faster, data-driven decision making.”
Prysm video walls combine the most advanced high-definition, low-energy, virtually seamless displays with touch-enabled interaction. Users can present, share, reposition, resize, annotate and edit all types of content through on-screen touch, PCs and mobile devices. Multiple, simultaneous live inputs can be displayed and interacted with on screen including video, telepresence and web apps. Prysm’s Cascade series is specifically designed for visual collaboration and available in four standard sizes from 65” to 190”. Prysm can also provide custom-sized video walls such as those installed at CROSSMARK’s facility.
“We are proud to partner with CROSSMARK to bring increased interaction and productivity to their beautiful new facility,” said Dana Corey, vice president of sales and technical operations at Prysm. “We think retail planning is a great example of the power of Prysm collaboration solutions. It’s the perfect demonstration of how our intuitive collaboration features help streamline workflow, speed decision-making and drive greater consumer engagement.”
CROSSMARK hosted a ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony on July 10th to unveil the 18,562ft2 center located adjacent to the Walmart Home Office. Dana Corey and Amit Jain, Prysm’s president and chief executive officer, were in attendance along with executives from Walmart and key Walmart suppliers.
