StayinFront's Latest Release of Its Life Sciences-Specific CRM Supports a Single Platform Approach With Powerful New Features for iOS and Windows 8 Tablet Devices That Enable Users to Do More Work, Access More Information and Have a Greater Impact in the

FAIRFIELD, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/14 -- StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of SaaS-based mobile life sciences customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, continues to stay ahead of the curve with new enhancements to its StayinFront TouchRx® product. The system can run on both iPad and Windows 8 tablet devices, giving customers the flexibility to choose the platform best suited for them.

The new release enables field users to do more, know more and sell more. Managers have mobile access to critical information, data and resources which simplifies their workday and maximizes their impact while working with reps in the field. Using TouchRx, managers can access their sales reps' territories, analytics and reports. They can also view their sales rep's calendar, track call activities, streamline Time Off Territory requests and execute field coaching reports.

Field representatives are more empowered with the ability to view and track key information and progress against their Plan of Action (POA) with dashboards and KPIs. Geo-mapping and access to more detailed contact information for better targeting along with enhanced calendar features improve the reps' ability to more effectively manage and sell in their territories. This release also includes leading two-way calendar integration for the Apple iPad, allowing reps to better manage and plan their time by eliminating the need to toggle between systems to see all scheduled appointments.

"We are listening to our clients and the market, delivering features that improve efficiency, provide greater impact and drive our product forward," said Kenneth Arbadji, VP Sales Development at StayinFront. "In addition to a powerful mobile system to support field managers, we included advances to the rep system that improve territory and call management, making this a significant release for our customers."

"StayinFront strives to continually update and deliver major enhancements to drive greater operational efficiencies in the field," said Anthony Bullen, StayinFront Chief Technology Officer. "Our latest release includes a range of customer-driven enhancements, along with advanced sales planning tools, improved dashboards with KPIs and analytics and a streamlined, single-device manager system." Bullen added, "We develop and support our solutions in-house, so we're able to better capture and deliver functionality our customers require in a very cost-effective manner."

In addition to the findings on the cost of the downtime, the research also highlighted best practices for development, testing, application support, infrastructure, and operations teams.
The OpenStack cloud operating system includes Trove, a database abstraction layer. Rather than applications connecting directly to a specific type of database, they connect to Trove, which in turn connects to one or more specific databases.
