About be:here

Not a lot has ever really changed in the UK's rental market, bar the demand increasing dramatically. In fact the one uniform element was that it was all a bit of a headache. With this in mind, we looked at every aspect of renting and whatever was wrong before, we've worked hard to fix it.

From the way we've designed the apartments...

  • Sharers enjoy large, equal-sized bedrooms and a bathroom each
  • Plenty of storage
  • Proper sound insulation

To how we do business and take care of you...

  • Plain English contracts
  • Clear and transparent rents and charges
  • On-site team to take care of any issues as soon as they arise

We even spoke to renters up and down the country about their likes and dislikes to make sure we tackled all your concerns. We're not claiming it's the best thing since sliced bread, but it's up there. For more information visit: www.be-here.co.uk.
