HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/14 -- Adkisson Development & Brokerage announced today that the company is rebranding itself to form Adkisson Group, Inc. The move reflects the company's rapid growth and expansion and comes after just one year of providing the Houston area with industrial real estate services.
Steve Adkisson, owner of Adkisson Group, indicated the rebrand mirrors the current expansion and commitment to future growth of partnerships and services offered by the company.
"This has been a phenomenal year with the company. In just one short year, we have added additional services and capabilities, contributing to our growth trajectory," said Steve Adkisson, CEO, Adkisson Group, Inc. "We, as a company, look forward to continuing this growth while reinforcing our commitment to exceptional client service."
Adkisson has substantial experience in the real estate industry, having worked with The National Realty Group, Inc. (TNRG). After more than two decades, Adkisson left TNRG to open Adkisson Development & Brokerage in 2013. Since then, the company has successfully completed over fourteen acres and 111,500 square feet of buildings, including various spec projects, as well as the Houston facilities for Element Materials Technology.
Currently, the company has an additional 114,625 square feet of buildings under construction, including the industrial business park 5 Twenty-Nine Commerce Park. The newly rebranded Adkisson Group will continue to focus on developments in and around the Houston area and has over 46 acres and 360,900 square feet of developments in various stages of contract negotiation and development.
