DALLAS, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Highlander Partners, L.P., a leading middle market private investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, announced that it has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Vidrio Holdings, Inc. and its operating subsidiary, Custom Windows Systems, Inc. ("CWS" or the "Company"), to Nautic Partners, a private equity firm based in Providence, Rhode Island.
Ocala, Florida based CWS, a Highlander investment since December 2012, is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of impact-resistant and non-impact windows and doors, as well as porch enclosure products. CWS offers one of the most complete lines of vinyl impact-resistant products, primarily serving Florida and other coastal markets in the Southeastern United States.
