Louisiana claimed the top spot for Best Business Climate in this year's rankings. "Name a growth sector -- digital media, advanced manufacturing, IT/software -- and Louisiana has a specific program geared to welcome new players, with a proven track record of successful startups," said Business Facilities Editor in Chief Jack Rogers.
"It's no surprise that Utah and Texas, two of the business-friendliest states in the nation, round out the top three in our Best Business Climate ranking," Rogers continued.
