The SVO, located on floor 73 of the Columbia Center, is an unmatched event space in the Seattle area with 360 degree views of the region. At a height of over 900 feet, it's the tallest public viewing area west of the Mississippi.  The panoramic view includes Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, the Cascades, Elliott Bay, the Olympics, Seattle and the Space Needle. The space boasts a sleek décor that allows the view to be the focus and can be tailored to suit a client's needs. It includes state-of-the-art technology with a built-in sound system, 3 flat-screen TV's and can accommodate a band or DJ.
