Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc.: Warrant Listing

MOUNT PEARL, NEWFOUNDLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 08/08/14 -- Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:CGP)(FRANKFURT:GWN)(BERLIN:GWN)(OTCBB:CTNXF) announces that effective at the opening on Monday, August 11, 2014, 26,666,667 common share purchase warrants will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CGP.WT.S. These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement financing, the closing of which was announced on April 9, 2014. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.35 per share and will expire on April 7, 2019. Computershare Trust Company of Canada is Transfer Agent for these warrants.
