When organizers of SpeechTEK, CRM Evolution, and Customer Service Experience decided to co-locate their individual conferences, it was inevitable that a single exhibition of customer service and speech recognition solutions providers would emerge. The result is the Customer Solutions Expo, August 18-20 at the New York Marriott Marquis.
Proving that the whole is indeed larger than the sum of the individual parts, the Customer Solutions Expo puts all of the leading sales, marketing, customer service and speech recognition solutions providers in one place, creating an ideal opportunity for C-level executives, industry pioneers and technology gurus to meet and discuss new products, services, applications and innovations.
The Customer Solutions Expo features companies from around the world in a single showcase that allows attendees to compare technologies and solutions from multiple vendors and determine which are best suited for their particular needs.
“We have put together an extremely comprehensive showcase of speech recognition and customer service solutions providers,” says David Myron, editorial director of CRM and Speech Technology magazines, organizers of the co-located conferences. “Opportunities to meet and interact with this many solutions providers in one place just don’t come around very often. This year we are concentrating on how to automate interactions between business and customers using the latest technologies.”
Exhibits are open to the general public Monday, August 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, August 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Admission to the exhibit hall is $35. SpeechTEK, CRM Evolution and Customer Service Experience conference attendees receive free admittance.
The co-located conferences bring together a broad range of experts in speech technology and customer relationship management for a 3-day examination of the latest innovations and strategies for customer engagement. Together the three conferences feature more than 120 strategic and tactical customer sessions covering all of the major areas of interest in customer relationship management.
