ATLANTA, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RentPath Inc., parent company of Apartment Guide, Rent.com, Rentals.com, and Lovely, delivered 3 million qualified multifamily leads to apartment communities across the country in the month of July alone, breaking its all-time monthly lead record.  RentPath defines a qualified lead as a delivered email and/or connected phone call.

Enhanced Consumer Experience
"Our commitment to delivering the best consumer experience for prospective renters and the most content rich online properties for our clients has made 2014 a record-breaking year," says Charles Stubbs, chief executive officer of RentPath. "Apartment Guide, Rent.com, Rentals.com and Lovely are focused on one goal – being the best place to find a new apartment– and each site is doing it in unique, successful ways that together make RentPath the most effective and comprehensive digital marketing solutions provider in the multifamily industry."

Scott Asher, vice president of marketing and operations for RentPath, adds: "Prospective renters choose to visit our websites and download our mobile apps because of the many advanced features that make searching for the perfect apartment home easy, including our inventory of over 1 Million HD Photos and Videos, an interactive Room Planner, more than 200,000 HD and 3D Floor Plans, nearly 200,000 Certified Resident Ratings & ReviewsSM and so much more.  And our clients – apartment owners and operators – choose to list their communities on our sites, because we deliver both a high quantity and quality of leads."

Superior Performance & ROI
Apartment Guide has delivered a record number of multifamily leads in every month of 2014 when compared with the same month in 2013. In July, RentPath delivered 3 million multifamily leads to clients, which was 27 percent more than in July 2013, and more than 40 percent of RentPath's leads are attributable to mobile apps and mobile sites.  Apartment Guide generated more than 105,000 multifamily leads on August 4th, a record for a single day.  On top of the 3 million multifamily leads, RentPath delivered an additional 270,000 single-family leads between Rentals.com and RentalHouses.com in July.

RentPath not only delivered a record number of leads in July, but also more multifamily leases than any other provider, based on the internal aggregation of data from third-party property management software providers, demonstrating a high quality of leads along with the high quantity.

In addition, Apartment Guide has already signed up more than 3,700 apartment communities for AG Sites, which was introduced in April. AG Sites is the first product from a multifamily marketing solutions provider to offer free, mobile-optimized property websites, including a custom domain name to clients, as part of their advertising packages. Other providers currently charge upfront set-up fees and recurring monthly payments for the same website solutions.

The Complete Solution
The EasyPay Combo package enables communities that list on Apartment Guide to easily advertise on Rent.com through a simple monthly subscription, efficiently increasing the exposure of a listed community for clients. EasyPay makes budgeting easy and offers a hassle-free additional advertising option.  Additionally, all Apartment Guide listings are automatically listed on Rentals.com and Lovely.  This combination resulted in an average of 118 leads per property in July for all Apartment Guide and EasyPay customers on Rent.com.

"The success of Apartment Guide and all of our brands is a culmination of the commitment we've made to innovation and thought leadership in the multifamily industry," Stubbs says. "The introduction of our EasyPayCombo package builds on this commitment by offering clients the synergy between two of our most powerful brands to greatly increase their exposure. Our clients can now leverage their content across the RentPath Network for a consistent digital presence, simplify their advertising investment, and maximize their ROI with one complete solution."
