Rubenstein Public Relations Named Agency Of Record For The Annual Village Halloween Parade In New York City For Second Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard Rubenstein, President of Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR), announced today that RPR was named the agency of record for New York City's 41st Annual Village Halloween Parade. This marks the second year in a row that RPR has volunteered its public relations services to help carry on this time-honored tradition. The parade will travel along Sixth Avenue from Spring Street to 16th Street on Friday, October 31st from 7PM-10:30PM and will air on Time Warner Cable's NY1 from 8PM-9:30PM.
