The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® today announced the growth of the Gaming Marketplace at the 2015 International CES®. The Gaming Marketplace will showcase leading innovations from mobile gaming to PC’s and consoles, including gaming hardware, software and accessories designed to energize, empower and excite the gaming experience. In total, gaming exhibits at the 2015 CES are expected to cover 14,500 net square feet of exhibit space, an increase of more than 30 percent over the space at the 2014 CES.
“Today, gaming takes place across a myriad of devices. Even as consoles have evolved into multifunctional, multimedia gateways, the explosive growth in gaming is largely fueled by the sales of mobile devices globally and consumers’ desire to play games whenever and wherever they choose,” said Karen Chupka, senior vice president, International CES and corporate business strategy. “The Gaming Marketplace at the 2015 CES will showcase the full spectrum of gaming innovations, and provide a unique opportunity to glimpse into the future of this immersive industry.”
The Gaming Marketplace will be located at CES Tech East, in the Las Vegas Convention and World Trade Center (LVCC), South Hall 2. Tech East includes the LVCC, the Westgate Las Vegas (Westgate), and Renaissance Las Vegas (Renaissance). Major exhibitors currently located within the Gaming Marketplace include: Oculus VR, Snail Games, Occipital, Virtuix, and DX Racer. CES Tech East will also feature leading companies and the newest innovations in digital imaging/photography, global technology and other high-growth technology areas.
The 2015 CES will feature 20 category-specific Marketplaces highlighting innovation across diverse product areas. Companies interested in exhibiting in the Gaming Marketplace should contact Pedro Vittes at [email protected] or 703-907-7751.

The International CES is the world’s gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for more than 40 years—the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace. As the largest hands-on event of its kind, CES features all aspects of the industry. And because it is owned and produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the technology trade association representing the $211 billion U.S. consumer electronics industry, it attracts the world’s business leaders and pioneering thinkers to a forum where the industry’s most relevant issues are addressed.
