C1 Financial Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- C1 Financial, Inc. ("C1") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,631,579 shares of common stock at a price of $17 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 394,737 shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount. C1's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 14, 2014, under the symbol "BNK".
