NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Braxton Condominiums, an Ashland City development offering million-dollar views for cents on the dollar, is nearly sold out, new owner says.
The Braxton's towers rise 10 stories above the Cumberland River Valley of Cheatham County. The $70 million community built in 2007 became one of the area's most talked-about projects. But many of 136 residences sat empty for years after the original developer filed bankruptcy amid the real estate market crash.
Real Capital Solutions of Colorado recognized the value of the luxury suburban property in close proximity to the Music City and bought it in April of 2013. The Braxton is now offering home buyers up to 60 percent off the original developer's pre-crash price.
"These towers are a rare gem in Middle Tennessee that you won't find in other parts of the state," said Braxton Project Manager Marty Diloreto. "The architectural elements and balconies overlooking the Cumberland River are spectacular, and buyers respond to that immediately."
The Braxton's east tower sold out in just four months last summer, and only four of the west tower's spacious condos remain. Diloreto said the 130-plus new residents are enjoying their waterfront lifestyle knowing they've made a sound decision.
For viewing appointments, call Patten Sales and Marketing at (877) 698-1950, extension 3009. Ashland City is about 20 miles northwest of Nashville.
