STS and GSI Announce Alternative Business Model

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/14 -- Southern Trust Securities, Inc. (STS) (PINKSHEETS: SOHL) and Global Strategic Investments, LLC (GSI) announced a mutual decision to join forces using a more direct alternative and terminate the Branch Agreement process.

STS's Robert Escobio commented, "The regulatory process to implement a Branch Agreement is costly and complex; therefore, we have decided to terminate the interim process with a more efficient alternative."
